I just installed my new security system this past weekend and I have had the best night’s sleep ever. No more listening to every little noise and letting my imaginations run free. I also relax more during the day when I am not home. I know my cats and house are protected. Thank you!

Tim, Oscar, and Nick installed a security system in our home with no upfront charges except for activation fee and first month’s payment. They came through on helping us code the system, payment for a referral and checking the system to make sure it was working properly and we were satisfied. Every promise they have made to us, they have kept. They have been professional, fun, and honest – all qualities we appreciate. They have been straightforward with us.

We would not have a security system if they had not provided it for us with no major upfront costs, but paying by the month, we can handle. They have been equally courteous to our neighbors and friends. They make a good team.

I’m not sure who to contact at the Better Business Bureau, for this, but what I’d like to do is put a testimonial to a business that is accredited to the BBB. I see where I can enter a complaint on that business, but not a “good job” testimonial. So, I am sending the info to you.

I recently installed a Security System in my home. I originally went with a business called [EDITED OUT]. I found the sales rep lied, and tried to scam us, so I immediatly has his equipment removed from my house ( I will be filing a complaint with the BBB on that one.)

I then reviewed the BBB website, and found ZENITH SECURITY ran by Oscar Luna, in Boise Idaho. I had him and his team over to my house, we talked for quite some time, and I was satisfied I would be well taken care of. I did have his system installed in my home and am happy to say I am 100% satisfied. Oscar and his team at Zenith Security not only have stayed with our agreement, but have done complete followup with myself and my family to make sure we understood how to use the system, and that we were satisfied with it and his companies service. Because of Oscar and his team at Zenith Security, we now have peace of mind. I would like to get this info on to his BBB page, but don’t know how. If you can help, please let me know.

Thank you for your time and understanding. I know you get a lot of complaints and list them, but I’d like to see an easier way to put a “good job” testimonial section on companies, so when people are doing a BBB search, they can also see those.
